T Shirt Branding
Heat Flex Printing/Cutting
Flex is a temporary method of branding a variety of materials, mainly Tshirts. technology and our use of UV inks have made it move from short term to medium term branding – it is quick, easy and cost efficient on smaller qtys of printing
It is a manual way of branding a shirt and can be done in two ways. Printed or Pigmented cut outs – each having their owen pros and cons.
It is adhered with heat so some materials wont be able to be flexed.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is one of the oldest forms of printing. It is the most labour intensive forms of printing but very cost effective on large quantities. Colours can be stacked but still have a few limitations.
Best for 50+ units of the same print!
DTG Printing
Basically the equivalent of DIGITAL Screenprinting, long lasting and with endless possibilities of colours! think of it as flex without the flex! ink is printed directly onto the shirt!
this is perfect for high quality photos or very intricate designs – however, we recommend 100% cotton for best results!
