A name badge is a badge or worn on the outermost clothing as a means of displaying the wearer’s name for others to view. It usually consists of a badge and a fastening mechanism.
Not all “name badges” need to have a name on, these sturdy badges could be the perfect replacement of the button badge if used over a longer period of time. Think merit ceremonies, award pins, supporter pins, etc.
We can also offer interchangeable name badges, these are name badges with no name, but your logo is printed on the top or bottom with a slot for you to slide in a paper printed name (done on your office or home printer ) for a perfect temporary solution! Keep a few of these on hand whilst you are waiting for your official name badge!
The badge may be printed or engraved, and depending on the finish desired, a resin layer may be added over the printed or engraved name badge. A variety of fastening mechanisms are available :

- Classic Pin
They technically have no size limit, and the digitally printed name badges have no colour limit – this means whether you have a monotone or a full-colour print, the price will not be influenced at all!
We do suggest standard name tags to be around 20mm x 70mm, as this is the ideal size to see the wearer’s name without weighing down on their clothing.
The only factor influencing the price would be quantities, the more you order, the less you pay!
